Workbotic Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Workbotic website and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Australian Consumer Law
Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms purports to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties, undertakings, or other legal rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act or other Australian laws. These Terms apply in addition to those rights.
3. Account Creation
If you create an account to access specific Workbotic tools or services, you must ensure that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and all content and materials contained within them — including the Workbotic logo, designs, text, graphics, code, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to Workbotic.
Any AI solution, model, or deliverable developed specifically for your business will be owned by you upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
Workbotic reserves the right to reuse general knowledge, reusable code components, and non-identifiable methodologies developed during the provision of Services.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you provide to us ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Workbotic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services to you.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide the User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services
- Access or attempt to access other users' accounts without authorisation
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code into the system
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated systems without permission
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workbotic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Services.
This limitation does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Workbotic, its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services.
Upon termination, you may lose access to any stored data or deliverables associated with your account, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any outstanding fees remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Where appropriate, we will notify users via email or our platform if material changes are made.
